A stunning set of six 'model 78s' mid 20th century dining chairs by  Niels Otto Møller, expertly crafted in solid teak, restored and newly upholstered in a soft, neutral light cream coloured fabric. 

These pieces have the understated elegance and craftsmanship that define the Danish Mid-Century Modern movement.

The chairs showcase Møller’s signature organic form, an elegant silhouette with gently curved ladder backs and sculpted frames with smooth joinery, precise detailing, and warm patina from the teak. 

About the Designer

Niels Otto Møller (1920–1982) was one of Denmark’s most respected furniture designers, known for his dedication to traditional craftsmanship and natural materials. Trained as a cabinetmaker before founding J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in 1944, Møller created furniture that reflects the harmony between form and function. His designs, such as the Model 75, 77, and 78, are celebrated for their sculptural lines, seamless joinery, and enduring quality hallmarks of the Danish modern era.
