Set of Ten 1960s Danish Rosewood Dining Chairs by Johannes Andersen – Newly Upholstered in Tan Leather

An exceptional set of ten Danish dining chairs designed by the acclaimed Johannes Andersen, crafted in the 1960's from rich grained rosewood. This rare and complete set includes two carver (arm) chairs and eight side chairs, all newly and expertly reupholstered in soft tan leather, creating a luxurious yet timeless contrast with the dark, sculptural wood frames.

A masterclass in Scandinavian design, Andersen's chairs are known for their elegantly curved backrests, organic lines, and superb craftsmanship. The solid rosewood construction showcases beautiful grain patterns, with subtle tapering legs and gently contoured seats for both style and comfort.
