A rare 1960's lounge chair with matching footstool designed by British designer Peter Hoyte.
In its original electric blue vinyl upholstery with a beautiful steel and rosewood base and original the Peter Hoyte label underneath.
The chair both tilts and swivels, the mechanism is in perfect working order.
Condition: Extremely comfortable chair in very good vintage condition with some age related wear. Excellent structural condition with no faults to the frame.
Please note, this chair has a small slit rip on the back rest however doesn't take away from the form or function of these beautifully rare & stylish chairs.
