This beautiful rocking chair features grey upholstered seat and back cushions which rest within a stunning teakwood frame. 
 
A classic danish modernism design, this is a versatile piece that would work in a variety of interiors.
Within the frame, an applied metal manufacturer's plaque can be seen. 
 
About the designer: 
Ole Wanscher (1903-1985) was integral to the core aesthetic and functionality of modern Danish design.
 
He studied under Kaare Klint at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and later worked at Klint's design studio before becoming an independent furniture designer.
