This is a Walter Knoll two seater 'Elton' sofa designed by Jan Kleihues circa 2010.

This wonderfully stylish sofa is made from high commercial quality dark brown leather with the Walter Knoll tag attached to the side with Walter Knoll lettering on the fabric on the underside of the sofa.
