A pair of 'Roxy' swivel armchairs, designed by Milo Baughman and produced by Thayer Coggin.
 
These chairs are of recent manufacture, c.2000s.
 
They are upholstered in a black and grey wool, set upon a veneered swivel bases.
 
The chairs can swivel, as well as rock back and forth.  
 
Manufactures label under the seat cushion. 
 
Great pair of contemporary chairs in excellent pre owed condition, they would look great in any interior. 
 
About the designer: 
 
Milo Baughman was one of the most agile designers of modern American furniture in the late 20th century. Baughman let his materials carry the aesthetic weight.
 
Baughman's designs, like many of those involved within the modern American design movement, are 'emblematic of the 1970's: sleek, sure and scintillating'.
